Jaume Boniquet Travila

Jaume Boniquet Travila has worked in the IT industry since 2005. Jaume began their career as an IT Sysadmin for Novinform in 2006 and Other in 2005. In 2007, they moved to Internet Security Auditors as an IT Security Analyst. Jaume then worked as an IT Security Analyst for AGBAR - Aquagest Services in 2009 and Applus in 2011. In 2014, they held IT Security Engineer roles at both Wise Security Global and Incita Security. From 2016 to 2019, Jaume worked as a Tech Lead Security Engineer at UserZoom, where they were responsible for intrusion tests, web app pentesting, internal network pentesting, technical security audits, secure design architecting, and hardening of cloud services (AWS). Currently, Jaume is a Senior AWS Product Security Engineer at Belvo.

Jaume Boniquet Travila's education history includes attending the EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne) in 2011 for Cryptographic Engineering, Escuela Superior de Criminalística from 2014-2015 for Técnico Superior en Contramedidas Electrónicas y Vigilancia (TSCM), and Escuela Superior de Criminalística in 2015 for Curso Superior de Perito en Informatica Forense. Additionally, Jaume has obtained certifications from EC-Council for Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) v.5 in 2007, GIAC Certifications for GIAC Certified Penetration Tester in 2010, Amazon Web Services (AWS) for AWS Certified Security – Specialty in 2020, and BlackHat for Designing Secure Protocols and Intercepting Secure Communications. Jaume is currently studying for the AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS), and has plans to obtain the MCSE+S (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer + Security) certification from Microsoft.
