Marcela Torres Garcia has had a varied career, beginning in 2010 with an internship at the French embassy in Colombia. In this role, they coordinated diplomatic, social, cultural and political events between Colombia and France, translated documents from French to Spanish, and coordinated the national press at the embassy. In 2013, Marcela took on the role of Project Coordinator at Prometco SAS. In 2015, they became a Customer Service Coordinator at Malive. In 2017, Marcela became Co-Founder and Head of Customer Success at Kasa Juice. In 2022, Marcela took on the role of Senior Customer Success Manager at Belvo and Building System Specialist at TUTEN, where they provided telephone support and proposed troubleshooting for customers using multiple Energy Management System (EMS) interfaces, and monitored facilities and prepared reports with recommendations for optimizing energy usage, asset efficiency and troubleshooting for US customers.

Marcela Torres Garcia has a diverse educational background. Marcela obtained their Internationalist degree in International Law from Universidad del Norte between 2006 and 2012. In 2012, they completed an IELTS Course in Advanced English from Australian Pacific College. Additionally, Marcela has obtained several certifications from monday.com, including the Advanced Workflow Badge, Partners Admin Badge, Customer Success Badge, and Product Badge, all obtained in 2021. In 2008, they also obtained the II Congreso en Gestión de Negocios Internacionales from Universidad de La Sabana.
