Claudio Matone

Claudio Matone currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Board Member at Bem Promotora since September 2017. Previously, Claudio held key positions at Azion from November 2020 to October 2024, including People Senior Manager and Chief of Staff, where responsibilities involved overseeing strategic planning and alignment with company goals. Claudio founded and directed Canal Café, the first container café in Brazil, and managed two beauty salons at Le Blanc Beauté, overseeing a workforce of over 100 individuals. Additionally, Claudio contributed to the audit process at KPMG US and has held advisory roles at UC Irvine and Chief of Staff Network. Claudio's educational background includes multiple MBA degrees and specialized training from the Disney Institute.
