Julie Drummond-Alderman

Julie Drummond-Alderman is a seasoned professional in business development with extensive experience in various roles within the construction and community management sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Business Development at Ben Hur Construction Co. since March 2024, Julie focuses on enhancing industry knowledge, fostering partnerships, and developing marketing strategies across multiple locations. Previous experience includes a tenure as Business Development Director at Color-Art and key roles in business development and sales at Working Spaces and Crystal Springs Quarry Golf. Additionally, Julie has a background in community relations, having served as the Community Relations Director at Logan College of Chiropractic, and as an Event Planner for the Kevin Carter Foundation, where notable achievements included obtaining 501(c)3 status and managing large community events. Julie holds a BA in Communication from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis.
