Christian Monaghan is an experienced engineering leader with a strong background in cloud infrastructure and software development. Currently, as an Engineering Leader at Benchling since September 2021, Christian continues to contribute to critical technology solutions. Prior experience includes co-founding Nava, where Christian led the development of software delivering essential government services, and serving as a Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Team Lead at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid, overseeing multi-cloud infrastructure. Notable achievements include launching a streamlined insurance application for HealthCare.gov, impacting over 10 million families, and redesigning a login system for 64 million Americans. Christian's educational background includes a BA in Business Economics from UCLA and training from Hack Reactor.
