James Fenning

James Fenning is a skilled software engineer currently employed at Benchling since February 2022, with a previous role as a back end developer at Overwatch Research, where a Laravel backend for workflow management software was delivered. Prior to that, James completed a full stack software development internship at Galvia Digital, focusing on proof of concept builds using Laravel and VueJS. James's diverse background includes experience as a tour production coordinator for Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group, managing logistics for over 125 cast and crew members, and roles in service management and customer support in the retail sector at Cycles Gianella and Browns Ski Shop. James holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computing, IT & Business from The Open University, completed in November 2022.
