Joe Sylvester

Joe Sylvester is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer marketing and success. Currently serving as the Leader of Customer Marketing at Benchling since February 2022, Joe previously held key positions at Front, including Marketing Lead for Brand & Customer Marketing and Senior Customer Success Manager. Earlier roles also include Manager of Customer Success at Microsoft and Customer Success Manager at Xamarin prior to its acquisition. Joe started their career in consulting during a summer program at Protiviti. Educated at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Marketing, and has also studied at Anglo-American University in Prague.
