Lindsay Plavchak

Lindsay Plavchak is an experienced Customer Success Manager currently working at Benchling since June 2023. Previously held the position of Lead Customer Success Manager and Senior Customer Success Manager at Nearpod from July 2020 to May 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Manager of Customer Success and Outreach & Science Content Manager at PlayMada, where responsibilities included building user networks for educational products and developing professional development sessions for educators. Lindsay also worked at the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship as Program Director and Program Manager, overseeing programs that reached thousands of students and managing teams and volunteers. Earlier in the career, Lindsay was a Secondary Science Teacher at Prince George's County Public Schools, teaching Biology and Environmental Science, and worked as an Undergraduate Researcher at the University of Pittsburgh, focusing on molecular biology research. Lindsay holds a BS in Molecular Biology from the University of Pittsburgh.
