Roni McGee

Roni McGee serves as the Head of DEI at Benchling since March 2021, leading efforts in diversity, equity, and inclusion. Prior experience includes working as a Senior DEI Consultant at Paradigm Strategy Inc., where initiatives focused on impactful training and client partnerships. Roni has also held roles as a Learning Facilitator and Human Resources Manager/D&I Lead at The Climate Corporation, developing strategies to foster a diverse workforce. Early career experience includes positions at Stanford University, where Roni managed employee relations and recruitment in the Department of Radiology. Roni earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Santa Clara University between 2004 and 2006.
