Charlie Marrs

Charlie Marrs has a diverse work experience in various roles within the finance and real estate industry. From 2008 to 2009, Marrs worked as an Account Analyst/Report Analyst at RW3 Technologies. Following that, Marrs joined Concordis Senior Living in 2009 as an Associate, where they were responsible for pre-development analysis, market analysis, underwriting prospective developments, and raising investment capital. In 2013, Marrs transitioned to ARA Real Estate Investment Services as a Senior Financial Analyst. Marrs then joined Stream Realty Partners in 2014 as an Associate, before moving to Benchmark Bank in 2017. At Benchmark Bank, Marrs held the positions of Vice President and later Senior Vice President.

Charlie Marrs attended the University of Missouri-Columbia from 2001 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
