Phil Caldwell

Phil Caldwell is an experienced account manager with a focus on high-end custom cabinet sales and design. Currently, Phil has been with Benchmark Custom Cabinets since June 2016, overseeing high-end sales in Tacoma, Washington. Prior to this role, Phil worked as a sales representative at Baywood Cabinet, specializing in unique cabinet styles and woods in the Seattle area. Phil also owned The Portage Bay Cabinet Company, managing large multifamily and single-family projects while leading a sales team. Early in the career, Phil served as an outside sales representative for Tacoma Fixture Company, Valley Line Cabinets, and Cascade Cabinet Company, concentrating on contractor and builder relationships. Phil holds a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Washington and an Associate degree in Architecture from Shoreline Community College.
