Mark Boehner has extensive work experience in customer success and customer services roles. Mark currently holds the position of Senior Vice President, Customer Success Executive at Benchmark Gensuite since May 2023. Prior to that, they were the VP, Subscriber Engagement at the same company from October 2015 to May 2023.
Before joining Benchmark Gensuite, Mark worked at Gensuite from 2008 to 2021. Mark served as Vice President, Customer & Application Services from October 2015 to January 2021. Earlier, they held the position of Director, Customer Services & Projects from April 2014 to October 2015, where they managed global business portfolios and played a key role in renegotiating Master Services agreements. From September 2010 to April 2014, Mark worked as a Service Leader, Support Sustainability at Gensuite, where they led custom development projects and managed a global support team. Mark also started their tenure at Gensuite as an Application Specialist from May 2008 to September 2010.
Prior to their time at Gensuite, Mark worked as an Application Consultant at Domin-8 Enterprise Solutions from January 2005 to May 2008. Mark also gained experience in the mortgage industry as a Loan Consultant at US Mortgage from June 2004 to January 2005, where they successfully closed several million dollars in loans.
Mark Boehner attended Archbishop Moeller High School from 1996 to 1999. Mark then went on to study at the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business from 1999 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance.
