Amit Soman

Amit Soman has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the technology and education sectors. Amit is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Benchmark Education Company since 2018, where they are responsible for driving the digital transformation of the organization and managing technology teams. Prior to this, they worked at LearningMate Solutions Inc from 2010 to 2018, holding positions such as SVP & Business Unit Head K-12, Assessment and Government, VP Enterprise Solutions, and Consultant - Enterprise Solutions. Amit also has experience working at American Express, DHL Information Technology Services Americas, Lionbridge Technologies, Mentorix Technologies Inc, Aptech Ltd, and Mafatlal Consultancy Services in various project management and consultancy roles.

Amit Soman completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics from the University of Mumbai between 1991 and 1995. Amit further pursued their education at the same university, obtaining a Master of Management Studies - Systems degree from 1997 to 1999.
