Roy Payne

Roy Payne is a seasoned Mechanical Engineer with over two decades of experience in HVAC design and project leadership. Currently at Benchmark Group since April 2001, Roy designs and manages a team to create remodel design documents for HVAC, Plumbing, and Refrigeration in retail and supermarket environments across the United States. Previously, Roy worked as a Mechanical Designer at TECO BGA from March 1999 to April 2001, focusing on HVAC design and energy modeling for institutional buildings, and at Sunbelt Engineering, Inc. from September 1997 to March 1999, specializing in HVAC design for office facilities. Roy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida, earned between 1993 and 1997.
