Mike Maurer

Mike Maurer is an experienced Technical Writer currently working at Benchmark IT since December 2021, while also serving as an Independent Consultant since October 2021. With a robust background in technical documentation and instructional design, Mike has held various roles at Benchmark IT, including Team Lead for a global Audit Data and Analytics platform and Instructional Designer/Business Analyst for KPMG's Retain Resource Management system. Additional experience includes consulting on SAP HCM implementations and change management programs at organizations like Hess Corporation. Mike founded Usertech, a consulting firm specializing in user support programs, where Mike held multiple leadership positions. Mike holds an AB in Government and Law from Lafayette College and an MBA in Information Technology from Long Island University.
