Erika Ward

Erika Ward has a varied work experience in the hospitality industry. Erika began their career in 1999 at the Holiday Inn Garden of the Gods, where they served in various roles including Assistant Controller, Executive Assistant, and Human Resources. In 2004, they moved to the Sheraton Colorado Springs as a Revenue Manager. In 2006, they joined the Cheyenne Mountain Colorado Springs, A Dolce Resort as a Reservations Manager, a position they held until 2018. In 2018, they joined BENCHMARK, A Global Hospitality Company as an Area Director of Revenue Management.

Erika Ward has a background in hospitality management and business administration. Erika studied Hospitality Management at Grand Canyon University but did not receive a degree. From 1989 to 1991, they attended Colorado Mesa University and focused on Business Administration and Management. In 1991, they transferred to the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, also studying Business Administration and Management. Erika also holds a certification as a Certified Hospitality Revenue Manager from the American Hotel and Lodging Association.
