Irfan Fazli is the Founder & Group CEO at BenchMatrix. Irfan has over 25 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry.

Irfan started their career in banking in 1993 as a Manager Custody at Standard Chartered Bank. Irfan then moved to Citibank Pakistan in 1996, where they worked as a Manager. In 2000, they joined RBC as a Manager Audit. Irfan left RBC in 2005 to join Deloitte & Touche as a Manager, Enterprise Risk Services.

In 2006, Irfan joined Arab Banking Corporation as AVP/ Operational Risk. Irfan left Arab Banking Corporation in 2008 to join Bank AlBilad as Head, Operational Risk Management. Irfan left Bank AlBilad in 2010 to start BenchMatrix.
