Mahir Rafiq

Mahir Rafiq, ACCA, has worked in various roles in the field of risk management and finance. Mahir is currently employed at BenchMatrix as a Project Lead / Senior Manager in Enterprise and Credit Risk Management. Prior to this, they worked at Faysal Bank Limited as a Senior Risk Management Analyst, at United Bank Limited as a Market Risk Analyst, and at HBL - Habib Bank Limited as an Assistant Manager / Team Lead. Mahir also served as an ACCA trainee during their time at HBL. Mahir has a strong background in risk management and finance, and their experience spans multiple years and organizations.

Mahir Rafiq, ACCA, completed their Bachelor of Science in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University in 2018. Mahir then pursued their Master's in Commerce (M.COM) with a specialization in Accounting and Finance from Karachi University, which they completed in 2020. During their time at Oxford Brookes University and Karachi University, they were also working towards becoming an ACCA member. Prior to that, from 2013 to 2016, Mahir had enrolled in the ACCA program to further their studies in Accounting and Finance.
