Ryan Tang

Ryan Tang is a Senior Product Designer at BenchSci since November 2021, previously holding product design positions at Searchspring and Online Reading Tutor. At Searchspring, significant contributions involved enhancing user interfaces and conducting user interviews, which improved task success rates by over 20%. Ryan's experience also includes a role as a UX Designer and Researcher at CodeMode, where management of a remote team centered on redesigning internal applications for a large workforce. Earlier, Ryan re-engineered the Saint James Music Academy's website to enhance mobile responsiveness and user engagement. Ryan's background includes various community-focused roles, such as an intern at Servant Partners Foundation and an Overnight Shelter Coordinator at Tenth Church, which cultivated an understanding of stakeholder communication and user pain points.
