Joanne Stitzer

Joanne Stitzer has a strong background in customer and associate engagement, having held roles at multiple companies such as Benco Dental, where they started as an Associate Chief Customer Advocate in 2017 and progressed to become the Director and then Vice President of Customer & Associate Engagement. Prior to this, they worked at HBC Digital as the Director of Item Setup & Copy from 2014 to 2016. Their career also includes roles at Lord & Taylor, where they served as Manager of Operations/Expense, Senior Manager of Customer Service, and Director of Operations-eCommerce from 2006 to 2015.

Joanne Stitzer obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Wilkes University in 2003. Joanne continued their education at the same institution, earning a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in the same field in 2005. Joanne also holds additional certifications in Instructional Design from the Association for Talent Development (ATD) and as an NPS2 Certified Professional from Satmetrix.
