Natalia Carew

Natalia Carew, MS, CFE, currently serves as the Manager of Internal Audit at Benco Dental, where a high-performing internal audit function has been successfully re-established and a risk-based annual audit plan is being developed to enhance operational efficiency and compliance. Previously, at CEVA Logistics, Natalia was instrumental in designing a comprehensive internal controls framework for North America, achieving full compliance with corporate policies and a 90% resolution rate of internal audit issues. Additional experience includes roles as Senior Internal Auditor at Kraton Corporation, Lead Internal Auditor at STRIKE, Senior Forensic Auditor/Accountant at Weatherford, and Internal Auditor at Exterran Holding. Natalia holds a Master of Science degree in Banking and Financial Services Management from Boston University.
