Scott Brodie

Scott Brodie is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in the gaming industry. Currently serving as Design Director at Bend Studio since February 2023, Scott leads design efforts alongside a talented team. Previously, Scott held the position of Manager, Technical Design on an unannounced project, showcasing leadership in technical and cross-functional game design. As the Founder and Creative Director at Heart Shaped Games since 2010, Scott has spearheaded the creation of notable games such as We Are The Caretakers and Hero Generations. Earlier roles at Microsoft included Producer for Xbox LIVE Arcade projects and Program Manager, contributing significantly to the development and launch of major gaming initiatives. Additional experience includes work as an Artist/Designer at Stardock and a Designer at Outrage Games. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Michigan State University, awarded in 2006.
