Elle Goebel

Elle Goebel is a Senior Instructional Designer and E-learning Developer at TDS Telecommunications LLC, with experience spanning various roles in education and technology. Previously, Elle served as an Official Court Reporter for the United States Tennis Association and worked as a Substitute Teacher for Boerne Independent School District. Elle has a foundation in Geographic Information Systems from an internship at EXP Engineering International, LLC. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Water, Wetlands, and Marine Resources Management from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Arts in Modern Language and Literature, along with a degree in Hispanic and Latin American Languages, from Montana State University-Bozeman. Currently, Elle is focused on coastal environmental management, planning, and sustainable development within the Marine Resource Management program at Texas A&M University.
