Jesse Rosen is a highly experienced professional with a background in software development, application design, and project management.

Jesse currently serves as the Principal Software Engineer at TDS Telecommunications LLC, where they lead IT and business teams in their daily operations and guides them through projects and outage events. Jesse has successfully developed innovative and scalable systems that have improved customer acquisition, customer experience, and cybersecurity.

Prior to this, Jesse worked at OneNeck IT Solutions as a Senior Application Developer. Jesse played a crucial role in designing and developing new application software, as well as enhancing legacy software. Jesse also led a successful five-year project to migrate and consolidate acquired companies' legacy customer relationship management systems onto new platforms.

Before OneNeck IT Solutions, Jesse worked at TDS® as a Programmer and Lead Mobile Application Developer. Jesse was responsible for driving the development and deployment of enterprise-wide solutions for the company's mobile workforces. Jesse also acted as a project manager for a cross-departmental initiative to incorporate employee photos into various software applications and systems.
