Jill Zomp

Jill Zomp has extensive experience in talent acquisition and program coordination, currently serving as Program Coordinator for the Talent Acquisition Team at Bender Consulting Services, Inc. since October 2016, where management and tracking of candidate submissions are key responsibilities. Additionally, Jill co-coordinated the regional Disability Mentoring Day for Pennsylvania at Bender Leadership Academy, overseeing the involvement of approximately 40 employers and 60 school districts to facilitate mentorship for over 500 students with disabilities annually. Previously, Jill worked as an Accounting Bookkeeper at My Blind Spot, handling financial duties and state registrations. Jill's career began at the Community College of Allegheny County, where support was provided to individuals with disabilities in an educational environment. Jill holds an Associate of Arts degree from the Community College of Allegheny County.
