Victoria Labelle

Victoria LaBelle is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Benderson Development since February 2022, Victoria previously held the same position at Calamar from January 2015 to February 2022, where responsibilities included managing employee relations, recruitment, performance review programs, and policy oversight. Prior roles include Human Resources Manager at Allpro Parking, LLC, where Victoria oversaw staffing across multiple states and was involved in executive strategic planning, as well as Director of Human Resources at EduKids Early Childhood Centers, managing comprehensive HR functions. Victoria's career began as a Human Resources Manager at Horizon Health Services, after serving as an HR Generalist at Adephia Communications. Victoria holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources/Business from the University at Buffalo and earned a PHR certification from the HR Certification Institute in 2004.
