Donna McGuire-North

Donna McGuire-North has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Donna is currently working at Property Finder as the HR Director - Talent & Culture since February 2022. Prior to this, they were the Head of Talent & Culture at Property Finder from May 2019 to February 2022.

Before joining Property Finder, Donna worked at PRS for Music as a Senior HR Business Partner from August 2016 to December 2018. Donna also gained experience in a similar role at WorldRemit Ltd from March 2015 to August 2016, where they played a vital role in revolutionizing the money transfer process.

Donna's previous experience includes serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at City West Water from June 2013 to January 2015 where they contributed to the delivery of water services to customers in Melbourne. Donna also worked as a Senior HR Generalist at The Coca-Cola Company from April 2012 to June 2013 and as an HR Manager at Serco Australia from April 2011 to April 2012.

Furthermore, Donna's past roles include working as an HR Associate at Becton Dickinson (BD Medical) from March 2010 to March 2011, an HR Specialist at Ericsson from January 2007 to February 2010, and an HR Administrator at Health Service Executive in 2006.
