Justin Rousso

Justin Rousso has a diverse work experience, beginning with a Program Manager role at the City of Hoboken in 2011. Justin then moved on to an internship at Imperial Capital, LLC in 2012, where they created databases for research of industries and developed a daily company wide email. In 2013, they became an Office Intern at the New Jersey Devils, where they managed daily procedures and updated and proofread player and team stats. In 2016, they became Manager at Hotel Victor Bar and Grill, where they were responsible for promotions and used their connections in the Tri-state area to help drive sales. In 2017, they became an Account Development Representative at Allego, where they achieved 145% of their Q4 pipeline goal of $200,000 and successfully set meetings with multiple Fortune 500 companies. Finally, in 2018, they joined ESM Software as a Product Manager, Account Manager, and Associate Account Manager. In 2022, they moved to Bend Financial as a Product Manager.

Justin Rousso completed their high school diploma at Xavier High School from 2010 to 2011. Justin then went on to earn a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management from Bryant University between 2011 and 2016.
