Kate Dalton has a strong background in strategic management and transformation in the banking sector. Since February 2020, Kate has been with Bendigo and Adelaide Bank in a strategy and transformation role. Prior to this, from July 2014 to February 2020, Kate served as Executive Officer at Rural Bank, and from March 2011 to July 2014, Kate held the same position at Rural Finance.
