Chiara Brambilla

Chiara Brambilla has worked in human resources for over ten years. Chiara began their career as a practice assistant at White & Case LLP, where they were responsible for HR day-to-day activities, recruiting, new joiners orientation sessions, and management of the monthly payroll cycle for employees. Chiara then moved to Studio Agnoli e Giuggioli as a German Desk Secretary. In their current role as Human Resources Administrator at Bending Spoons, Chiara is responsible for drafting and reviewing HR documents, performance review and compensation, and assistance to US expats for relocation, housing, expat benefits and immigration.

Chiara Brambilla has a Master's degree in Foreign Languages - International Management from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, and a Short Master in Paghe e Contributi from Il Sole 24 ORE Business School. Chiara also spent a year as an exchange student at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin. Her Bachelor's degree is in English and German from Fondazione Scuole Civiche Milano, and they also attended Liceo Scientifico G.B. Grassi Lecco. Chiara has certification from SGST Srl in Corso Addetti Antincendio e Gestione delle Emergenze, and from Goethe Institut in Prüfung Wirtschaftsdeutsch (PWD) and Zertifikat Deutsch. Finally, they have certification from the British Council in First Certificate in English.

They work with Laura Zucchinali - Finance Manager, Serena Delmonte - Bookeeper, and Laura Morelli - Accounting & Finance. Their manager is Francesco Bovoli, VP, Operations.
