Nitza Shoham, PhD has over 20 years of experience in clinical and regulatory affairs. Nitza began their career in 2000 as a postdoc at the National Institutes of Health. In 2005, they took on the role of Head of Regulatory Affairs at BioControl Medical. From 2009 to 2017, they worked at Valtech Cardio as VP of Clinical and Regulatory Affairs. In 2017, they became the Director of Clinical Affairs Cardioband at Edwards Lifesciences. In 2018, they took on the role of VP of Clinical and Regulatory Affairs at Bendit Technologies, as well as Director of CRF-Israel at Cardiovascular Research Foundation. Currently, they are the VP of Clinical and Regulatory Affairs at Cardiovalve.
Nitza Shoham, PhD, obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from Tel Aviv University in 1995, and their Ph.D. in Human Microbiology from the same university in 2000.
