David Monical Instagram

David Monical has extensive work experience in the cosmetics industry. David started their career as a Production Engineer at Universal Packaging Inc. in 1990 and later became an Engineering Manager at Kolmar Laboratories in 1994. In 2001, they joined Benefit Cosmetics as the Director of Operations, and then progressed to become the Director of R&D for Global Packaging and Technical Services. From 2010 to 2020, they served as the Vice President of Global Packaging and, most recently, as the Vice President of Packaging Innovation & Design.
