Géraldine Mauté

Géraldine Mauté has extensive work experience in the cosmetics and automotive industries. Géraldine joined Benefit Cosmetics in 2011 and worked in various roles, including Supply Planning Manager EMEA, Forecast Manager, Director of Global Production & Procurement, and VP of Global Supply Chain. In July 2021, they were promoted to Senior Vice President of Operations. Prior to Benefit Cosmetics, they worked at Valeo, where they served as a Supply Chain Engineer and later as an S&OP and New Product Introduction Manager in the Logistic Department.

Géraldine Mauté received a Master's degree in Génie industriel from Arts et Métiers ParisTech - École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers, graduating in 2006.
