Katarzyna Kowalska

Katarzyna Kowalska has extensive experience in client service and key account management, currently serving as a Senior Key Account Client Advisor at Benefit Systems SA since March 2014. In this role, responsibilities include managing post-sales customer service, creating contracts and reports, and providing technical support for client onboarding. Additional contributions involve marketing event support, training internal staff on company systems, and participating in the implementation of ERP and CRM systems. Prior experience at Allianz Group involved managing communications insurance processes, including policy registrations and administrative support for fleet insurance. Katarzyna holds a Master's degree in Logistics from Szkoła Główna Gospodarstwa Wiejskiego w Warszawie and a Licentiate degree in Logistics from the same institution. Further studies were completed at Vistula University.
