Hashim SH

Hashim SH has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Hashim started their career as a Software Engineer at M Squared Software Services in 2006, where they worked on the development of TCAS, a clinical automation solution. Later, they joined RM Education Solutions India Pvt Ltd in 2006 as a Software Engineer, where they contributed to the development of an online authoring tool for the Assessment and Qualifications Alliance in the UK.

In 2008, Hashim joined Open Systems Inc as a Sr. Software Engineer, where they worked on the TRAVERSE Accounting Business software, helping companies with their accounting, distribution, and ERP needs.

In 2011, Hashim moved to EY (Ernst & Young) as a Senior Associate, working in Global Shared Services India. Hashim played a vital role in supporting Ernst & Young's various service lines and business operations worldwide. Hashim'sresponsibilities included deployments, transition, monitoring, configuration, and third-line support for applications.

In 2018, Hashim joined Benefitalign, LLC as a Tech Lead, contributing their technical expertise to the company. Later in the same year, they also became a Project Manager at Speridian Technologies.

Throughout their career, Hashim has gained experience in various roles, including software engineering, project management, and technical leadership. Hashim'sexpertise lies in application development, implementation, customization, bug fixing, and maintenance.

From 2001 to 2004, Hashim SH attended Sun College of Engineering and Technology, where they obtained a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree in Computer Science.

From 1997 to 2000, they attended National College of Applied Sciences, earning a BSc. Degree in Computer Science.

In 1995 and 1997, Hashim SH attended SN College, where they completed their Pre-Degree studies in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.

In addition to their formal education, Hashim SH has also obtained several certifications. Hashim received the Scrum Master Certified (SMC) certification from Scrum Alliance in September 2019. In August 2012, they obtained the ITIL Foundation Certification in IT Service Management from EXIN. Furthermore, in October 2007, they attained the Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist certification from Microsoft. Lastly, in September 2019, they obtained the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance.
