James Woodruff is a seasoned data professional with extensive experience in data science and analytics. Currently serving as Principal Data Scientist at BenefitFlow since November 2022, James utilizes proprietary technology to enhance prospecting strategies for businesses engaging with benefits brokers. Prior to this, James held positions as Sr. Data Analyst at Nirvana Money, focusing on credit policy, and at Health Catalyst, where contributions ranged from data science work on the Touchstone product line to developing risk model deployment pipelines. Additionally, James has a robust background in implementation consulting at Xactly Corp and experience as a Summer Analyst at Stone Point Capital, alongside an educational foundation in Mathematics and Economics from Vanderbilt University, complemented by studies at the London School of Economics. Currently, James is pursuing further education at the University of Utah.
