Dan Hayes

Dan Hayes is an experienced Senior Project Manager at BenefitMall since February 2020, having transitioned from a Contract to Hire role. Prior to this, Dan served as Principal at AVR ASSOCIATES LLC for nearly a decade, where significant achievements included transforming a meeting planning organization into an Agile/Scrum operation. Additional experience includes leadership roles at 7-Eleven as VP Business Solution Delivery and Tatum LLC as IT Operations Service Line Lead. Earlier career milestones include serving as CIO at Versatel and Associate Partner at Accenture, focusing on service delivery and client management for major projects. Dan holds an MSBA in Organizational Diagnosis, Assessment & Design from Texas Tech University and a BA in Social Ecology from UC Irvine.
