Marc Olson

As Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions, Marc Olson directs BenefitMall’s merger and acquisition (M&A) activity, financial planning, reporting and analysis and financial reporting. He joined BenefitMall in 2000 from a Corporate Financial Manager position, and has since served as BenefitMall’s Director of Finance.

Prior to joining BenefitMall, Olson gained a great deal of valuable experience serving as a Senior Internal Auditor for Texas Instruments, where he led financial, operational and system application audits. Throughout his career, Olson has developed an expertise in managing merger and acquisition activity, maintaining budgets, executing forecast modeling, and handling financial statements.

Olson received both his Master and Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting from the University of North Texas.
