Todd Waletzki

Todd Waletzki's work experience includes positions at several notable companies. Todd began their career at Sprint, where they served as the Director of Planning, Reporting, and Communications for the Customer Solutions organization. In this role, they led a team of 60 professionals and was responsible for call center planning, operational reporting, and internal communications.

After their time at Sprint, Waletzki moved on to AOL, where they held various senior leadership positions. Todd served as the Senior Vice President of the Access division, overseeing a $1.8 billion annual revenue stream. In addition, they led AOL's customer service organization and was responsible for providing support to over 12 million customers across multiple channels.

Following their tenure at AOL, Waletzki joined CompuPay as the Chief Operating Officer. In this role, they led a team of over 350 employees and was responsible for all operational functions related to processing payroll for over 575,000 employees.

Most recently, Waletzki served as the Chief Operating Officer at BenefitMall. Here, they played a key role in managing the company's operations and overseeing its payroll, tax, and Human Resources services.

Throughout their career, Waletzki has demonstrated strong leadership skills, managing large teams and driving operational excellence in the companies they have worked for.

Todd Waletzki received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Economics from Bemidji State University in 1986. Todd then pursued further education and completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Economics from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville from 1986 to 1988.
