Su Chang Mowll, ASA

Su Chang Mowll, ASA has been working in the actuarial industry since 2014. In 2015, they began working as an Actuarial Analyst for Milliman Philadelphia Health Practice. In this role, they provided actuarial consulting to clients’ Medicare Advantage bidding process with CMS (Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services), including actuarial modeling, bids and substantiation package development.
