Emily Jacobson

Emily (Cantor) Jacobson is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the food and culinary industries. Currently serving as a Sales Manager at BENEO since 2023, Emily has held various significant roles, including Sales Executive at Tradin Organic from 2020 to 2023 and National Sales Manager at Culinary Farms from 2017 to 2020. In addition to these positions, Emily was a Cookbook Judge for the International Association of Culinary Professionals in 2022. Earlier in the career, Emily gained valuable experience as East Coast Sales Manager at both TerraVia Holdings, Inc. and Multiple Organics, as well as in sales and communications at Bedemco Incorporated. Additional experience includes roles as Buyer for Cheese and Specialty Goods at Russ & Daughters and Chef on the opening team at Blue Hill, Stone Barns Center for Food & Agriculture. Emily holds an Associate of Science degree in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America and a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Studies from The New School.
