Erik van Tongeren

Erik Van Tongeren, CPA, currently serves as the Assistant Controller at BeneSys, Inc. since March 2023. Prior to this role, Erik held positions including Financial Reporting Manager at Unique Fabricating from July 2020 to March 2023, and Finance Manager at DRiV Incorporated from October 2018 to July 2020. Erik's experience also includes roles at Horizon Global as Consolidation Supervisor and Senior Financial Reporting Analyst, and at EY as Assurance Staff - Senior, where responsibilities included audits of publicly traded companies and engagement team management. Erik began the career in auditing at Deloitte, where roles included Audit Staff and an Audit Intern. Academically, Erik holds both a Master's Degree and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Michigan State University.
