Ryan Shand

Ryan Shand has a diverse background in various industries and roles. Ryan started their career as an On-Site Production Coordinator at MAPS/Mobile Arts Production Services, where they managed logistics and layout design for fashion photoshoots. Ryan then worked as an Assistant to Steve Erle, Photographer at Siren Studios, collaborating with iconic brands and celebrities for shoots. Ryan also gained experience as an Account Coordinator at dOMAIN Integrated, a PR firm, where they showcased their organizational and problem-solving skills.

In 2012, Ryan became the Assistant to the Event Director at CurtCo Media, responsible for supporting the Director of Membership, Benefit & Experiences, mainly focusing on The Robb Report. Later that year, they joined UGG Australia Corporations as an assistant to the Director of Public Relations and the Vice President of Marketing. Ryan facilitated project execution and provided support to both executives.

Ryan's career continued at Saatchi Art as a Sales Advisor, managing projects and partnerships to increase brand recognition and revenue efforts. Ryan then transitioned to Jammber, where they held multiple roles. As an Operations Manager, they improved HR, recruitment, and office efficiency. As a General Manager, Ryan oversaw daily business activities, developed strategic plans, and built strategic partnerships.

Ryan's most recent role was at Honey, where they held various leadership positions. As the Partnerships Manager, they managed merchant partners, affiliate networks, and agencies, collaborating with multiple departments to achieve alignment. Ryan then took on the role of Manager of Operations, Revenue, designing and expanding the Operations Team within the Revenue Department. Eventually, Ryan became the Head of Merchant Operations, responsible for guiding strategy, leading a team, and creating and delivering KPIs.

In 2021, Ryan joined Beni as the COO, a position they currently hold.

Ryan Shand holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Studio Art and Entrepreneurship from the University of Colorado Boulder. However, no specific dates were provided for the duration of their education.
