Gina Floridia

Gina Floridia is an experienced Client Success Manager in the SaaS industry, currently working at Benify since September 2022, where responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships with both national and multinational customers. Prior experience includes a supervisory role at Spoedtest.nl overseeing customer service and internal support, as well as positions in hospitality as a hostess at Pasta Vino Aalsmeer and as a marketing and sales intern at Morgan Green. Gina has also contributed to event planning with Fresh Media Group and gained early work experience as a cashier at Jumbo Supermarkten. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts degree from The Hague University of Applied Sciences, complemented by international business studies at Athens University of Economics and Business and various high school diplomas. Currently pursuing further education in language studies at UvA Talen.
