Valentina Bonatti

Valentina Bonatti is a Senior Project Manager and Squad Lead at Benify since June 2022, responsible for fostering an inspiring team environment, setting goals, and supporting team development during methodology changes. Previously, Valentina served as a Project Manager at ORTEC from September 2018 to June 2022, overseeing energy-related projects and facilitating agile practices through the introduction of Scrum principles. Prior roles include a Business Consultant position at ORTEC, where Valentina worked with Royal Dutch Shell, and an internship in Business Development and Sales Operations at Texere Advisors. Valentina holds a Master’s degree in Business Economics with a focus on Managerial Economics and Strategy from the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor's degree in Ingegneria gestionale from Politecnico di Milano.
