Elena T. is an experienced professional in client analytics and talent acquisition, currently serving as the Head of Client Analytics at Benivo since September 2016, where previous roles included Client Success Manager, HR Manager, and Talent Acquisition Specialist. Prior to their tenure at Benivo, Elena worked at Nokia from August 2010 to September 2013 as a Recruitment Consultant, overseeing global recruitment and employer branding initiatives after beginning as a Graduate Recruiter.
