Phanalphie Rhue

Phanalphie Rhue is an accomplished communications professional currently serving as the Chief Global Communications & Experience Officer at Bennett College since August 2022. With extensive experience as the President & Chief Creative Officer of The Beale Agency, a marketing and consulting firm founded in January 2000, Phanalphie has a strong background in strategic communications. Previous roles include District Director for Congresswoman Alma S. Adams from July 2017 to July 2022, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing district office operations and community relations, as well as serving as Senior Vice President for Communications and Marketing at B & C Associates. Phanalphie also directed corporate public relations and advertising at Dudley Products Inc. and held the position of Director of Public Relations at Bennett College earlier in the career. Education includes dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Communications & Public Relations and Communication and Media Studies from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
