Christopher Reiss

Christopher Reiss is a highly skilled software engineer with extensive experience in software and controls engineering. Currently employed at Bennett Pump Company since November 2018, Christopher previously worked as a Controls Engineer at Altron Automation and as a Software Analyst at Randstad Technologies US, where testing of Flight Management System software for avionics systems was a primary focus. Christopher also served as a Computer/Software Engineering Intern at DornerWorks Ltd., where responsibilities included developing software drivers and conducting hardware testing. In addition to technical roles, Christopher has a substantial background in law enforcement, having served in the Spring Lake/Ferrysburg Police Department and the Ottawa County Sheriff's Office, as well as completing a tenure as an Aviation Electronics Technician in the US Navy, responsible for maintaining crucial radar systems. Christopher holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, specializing in Computer Engineering, from Grand Valley State University and an Associate's degree in Law Enforcement from Grand Rapids Community College.
