Orlando Joel Altuve Rivero

Orlando Joel Altuve Rivero is an experienced professional in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the bar manager at Backstage restaurante since January 2018. Simultaneously, Orlando holds the position of captain and training coordinator at Bennigan’s and has been overseeing bars and restaurants at Hotel Las Américas Golden Tower Panamá since May 2016. Previously, Orlando managed banquet services at Sortis Hotel Spa & Casino, supervising a team of approximately 40 individuals and ensuring customer service excellence. Orlando began a career in the industry at Marriott International as a server and holds a degree in Tourism from I.U.T Antonio Jose de Sucre, obtained in 2014. Proficient in systems such as Opera and Micros, Orlando has demonstrated skills in staff training, inventory management, and direct customer interaction throughout various roles.
