Jayme Edwards has worked in a variety of roles since 2003. From 2003-2005, they were a Personal Care Attendant for Individuals with Spinal Cord Injury and an Assistant Coach for the St. Louis Wheelchair/Quad Rugby Team. During this same time period, they also completed internships as an Occupational Therapist at the Enabling Mobility Center and The Rehabilitation Institute of St. Louis. From 2006-2008, Jayme worked as an Occupational Therapist at the International Center for Spinal Cord Injury, part of Johns Hopkins and the Kennedy Krieger Institute. From 2008-2010, they worked as an Occupational Therapist at Florida Hospital Celebration Health Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation Clinic. From 2010-2014, they worked as an Occupational Therapist at Florida Hospital Memorial Medical Center & Florida Hospital Oceanside. In 2014, they began work at Cranial Technologies, Inc. as a Clinician. Finally, in 2015, Jayme began work at Benson Hospital as the Director of Rehabilitation Services, Clinical Lead, Activity Director, and Occupational Therapist.
Jayme Edwards obtained a Three-Year Certificate in Occupational Therapy from Calvin College between 2000 and 2003. Jayme then went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from Calvin College between 2000 and 2004. Finally, Jayme obtained a Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy from Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis between 2003 and 2005.
